Reception Hours
Our hotel reception is staffed daily from 6:00 AM to 10:30 PM.
Check-In
Your room will be available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Check-in is possible between 3:00 PM and 10:30 PM.
If you wish to arrive earlier or later, please let us know in advance. A late check-in after 10:30 PM incurs a €40 fee. For arrivals after 1:00 AM, the fee is €60.
Check-Out
On the day of departure, your room is available until 11:00 AM. You may leave your luggage at the reception, and we'll gladly store it for you until your departure.
Express Check-Out: If you're leaving early in the morning, you can settle your bill the day before. This way, all you have to do is hand in your room card and save valuable time on departure.

Kehl’s main station is located approx. 300 m from the Rhine, the border between Germany and France.
The regional Ortenau-S-Bahn (Europabahn) runs every 30 minutes: From Strasbourg: 13 minutes, From Offenburg: 18 minutes. Both cities offer connections to the TGV and ICE high-speed trains.
From Kehl main station, it’s just a 5-minute taxi ride to the hotel. For detailed schedules and ticket information, feel free to contact us in advance via phone or email – or speak to our team at the reception desk upon arrival.
